Cornmeal Pound Cake with Candied Cranberries and Vanilla Bean Cream

Ingredients

• 1 cup(s) heavy cream
• 1 cup(s) cranberries, picked over
• 1 cup(s) cranberry juice
• 1 cup(s) yellow cornmeal
• 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
• ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
• 1 vanilla bean, cut inch half and scraped

  • 6 tablespoon(s) sour cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup(s) light brown sugar
  • ½ cup(s) butter, softened
