Cotton Country Basic Crepe Batter


  • 1 c cold milk
  • 1 c cold water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 c sifted flour
  • 4 T butter, melted

Whirl all ingredients in blender. Store in refrigerator several hours. Spray a 6 or 7-inch crepe pan or iron skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat until a drop of water dances.
