Cottonwood Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • Carrot Cake Frosting
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

    • 4 eggs, well beaten

Combine flour, soda, salt, and spices; set aside. Combine oil, eggs, and sugar; beat well. Add dry ingredients; beat well. Stir in carrots.
