Courgette and Green Pepper 'sabzi' (Tori Aur Hari Mirch Ki Sabzi


  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or 3 tablespoonscorn oil
  • 3 tablespoonscorn oil
  • ½ teaspooncumin seed
  • 1 pinchgroundasafetida powder
  • ¼ teaspoonwholebrown mustard seeds
  • 1 largegreen pepper, about 7 oz (200g)
  • 2 tablespoonsnatural yoghurt
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoonground coriander
    • ½ teaspoonsalt (or a bit more)
    • ½ teaspoonchat masala (or 1 pinch of cayenne pepper and 1 tablespoon lemon juice)
