Courgette and Leek Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 leeks, chopped
  • 900 g courgettes
  • 1 1/3 liters vegetable stock
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
