Courgette / Zucchini Pasta With Chili, Garlic & Parmesan


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 150 g penne pasta
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 red chilies (1 if you prefer it less hot)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 medium courgettes (zucchini)
