Cowboy Corn Dip


  • 1 cup(s) real Mayonnaise
  • 8 ounce(s) Sour Cream
  • 3 can(s) Mexicorn, drained (11 ounce cans)
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1 bunch(s) green onions, diced with tops
  • 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can(s) Rotel, drained (10 ounce can)

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate 4 hours (minimum) before serving. Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips, crackers or veggies. Makes lots.
