Cowboy Dip

Ingredients

• 1 can(s) corn (11 ounce can)
• 1 can(s) black beans or black eyed peas (15 ounce can)
• 1 or 2 large avocado, cubed
• ½ pound(s) Roma tomatoes, cubed
• 1 clove(s) Garlic, minced (Large Clove)
• 1 ½ teaspoon(s) olive oil
• ¹/₈ teaspoon(s) Chili Powder
• + 4 more ingredients
• • ¹/₈ teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • ²/₃ cup(s) sliced green onions
  • 2 teaspoon(s) wine vinegar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) hot sauce

Mix oil, chili powder, pepper, vinegar and hot sauce. Pour over other ingredients and stir. Chill for at least an hour. Serve with chips or crackers.
