Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup chopped bottled roasted red bell peppers
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
