Ingredients

  • 1 pound backfin or lump crab meat
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
