Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 large egg whites
