Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon shallot
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Sherry wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons grated Meyer lemon peel
  • ½ cup small fresh basil leaves
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • 4 medium-size fresh shiitake mushrooms
    • 2 tablespoons fresh Meyer lemon juice
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • ½ cup Italian parsley
    • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley
    • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon crème frache or sour cream
    • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 cup fresh crabmeat
    • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Place mayonnaise in small bowl. Whisk in lemon juice, lemon peel, mustard, and vinegar. Gradually whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill.
