Crab Won Tons

Ingredients

• Crab Won Tons:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ¼ c grated Parmesan cheese
• ¼ c shredded crab meat
• 1 T mayonnaise
• 1 ½ t garlic powder
• Chopped green onions to taste
• + 8 more ingredients
• • Won ton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for deep-frying
  • Hot Plum Sauce
  • Hot Plum Sauce:
  • ½ c plum jam
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 2 T catsup
  • 2 T brown sugar

For the wontons: Beat the cream cheese in a mixer bowl until creamy. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, crab meat, mayonnaise, garlic powder and green onions.
