Crabmeat, Apple, and Mango Salad on Cumin Apple Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple
  • 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ large firm-ripe mango
  • 2 tablespoons shallot
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
    • 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat
    • Cumin apple chips
    • ¾ teaspoon salt

Purée apple, shallot, and garlic with vinegar and salt in a blender, scraping down sides several times, until very smooth.
