Cracked Green Olives with Herbs and Preserved Lemon


  • ¼ cup fresh coriander
  • 3 tablespoons preserved lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 pound small to medium brine-cured green olives (preferably cracked)
  • 3 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch dried red hot pepper flakes
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • preserved lemon
