Cranberry Apple Chutney


  • 1 lb fresh cranberries
  • 2 medium apples, such as Granny Smith or Gala, diced
  • ½ c apple or cranberry juice
  • ½ c light brown sugar
  • ¼ c raisins
  • ½ t cinnamon
  • ¼ t ground cloves

Place all ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until cranberries pop open and mixture thickens. Serve warm.
