Cranberry Apple Crisp
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon(s) wheat bran
- 2 tablespoon(s) canola oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter, melted
- ¾ teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup(s) packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup(s) all purpose flour
- 5 tart apples, sliced (medium)

- 1 tablespoon(s) all purpose flour
- 1 can(s) Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce (16 ounce can)
- Topping
- ¾ cup(s) quick cooking oats
In large bowl, combine apples and flour; toss to coat. Stir in cranberry sauce. Transfer to a 13 x 9 pan coated with cooking spray. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake uncovered at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fruit is tender.
