Ingredients

  • 1 pound dinner rolls, quartered
  • Dash of ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups diced Granny Smith apple (about 2 apples)
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar, divided
  • ½ teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • Cooking spray
    • 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
    • 1 ¼ cups 1% low-fat milk
    • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • ¾ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
    • ¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
    • 1 ¼ cups apple juice
    • ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 250°. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add apple, cinnamon, and cloves to pan; cook 10 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
