Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • ½ cup(s) sugar - more to taste
  • ½ cup(s) apple cider vinegar
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) fresh cranberries
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup(s) water

Pour all ingredients into a pan and simmer over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes uncovered. The chutney will cook down and thicken. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container. Freezes well.
