Ingredients

  • ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • + 11 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon grated onion
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
    • 1 cup water
    • ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup raisins
    • 2 cups packed brown sugar
    • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon grated onion

Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer the chutney for 35 minutes or until thickened.
