Ingredients

  • 2 (12-oz.) packages fresh cranberries
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 ¾ cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind

1. Stir together all ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat; cook, stirring often, 5 to 7 minutes or until cranberry skins begin to split.
