Cranberry Cupcakes with Dulce de Leche Pecan Frosting
Ingredients
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 12 paper muffin-cup liners
- ½ cup dulce de leche
