Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 5 tablespoons cream cheese
  • + 7 more ingredients
    • 1 muffin pan with 12 (1/3- to 1/2-cup) muffin cups
    • 1 large egg
    • 12 paper muffin-cup liners
    • ¾ cup dried cranberries
    • ½ cup dulce de leche
    • ½ cup whole milk
    • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350°F. Put liners in muffin cups. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
