Cranberry Mousse Molded Salad

Ingredients

• ½ cup(s) chopped pecans
• 2 cup(s) sour cream
• ¼ teaspoon(s) nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon(s) Lemon Peel
• 1 cup(s) water
• 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
• 1 can(s) whole berry cranberry sauce (1 lb can)
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 1 package(s) strawberry jello (6 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can(s) crushed pineapple (20 ounce can)

Drain pineapple well, reserving all the juice. Add the juice to Jello in a 2 qt. saucepan. Stir in water. Heat to boiling, stirring to dissolve Jello. Remove from heat. Blend in cranberry sauce.
