Cranberry Muffins 7

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 2 cup(s) flour
  • ¼ cup(s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) plus 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup(s) Milk
    • ¼ cup(s) butter, melted
    • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Wash cranberries. Toss with 2 tablespoons sugar. Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix egg, milk, vanilla and butter. Stir into dry ingredients. Add cranberries. Spoon into greased muffin tins two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
