Cranberry, Orange and Banana Smoothie


  • 1 ½ cups (12 oz./375 g) plain yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups (6 oz./185 g) frozen cranberries
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 oranges, peeled, each cut crosswise into 5 slices and seeded
  • 3 Tbs. agave nectar

In a Vitamix blender, combine the yogurt, cranberries, bananas, oranges and agave nectar. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. Serves 4. Williams-Sonoma Kitchen
