Cranberry, Orange and Goat Cheese Quinoa Salad

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Basil
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 2-½oz Chèvre (Soft Goat Cheese)
  • 1 Orange
  • ½ Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Quinoa

I didn’t want the orange flavor to overwhelm this salad, which it easily can if you were to grate the zest into it.
