Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • Crust:
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup ice water
  • 2 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • + 8 more ingredients
    • 1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • Cooking spray
    • Filling:
    • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • ¼ cup orange marmalade
    • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted

Preheat oven to 425°. To prepare crust, lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
