Cranberry Port Sauce
- ¼ cup Port
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
- ¾ cup orange juice
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 bag (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed and any soft or decaying fruit discarded
