  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 bag (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed and any soft or decaying fruit discarded
  • ¼ cup Port
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel

In a 3- to 4-quart pan over medium-high heat, stir together cranberries, orange peel, orange juice, and sugar.
