Cranberry Salsa 13

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro
• ¹/₃ cup(s) Apple Juice
• ¾ cup(s) sugar
• 1 tablespoon(s) grated lime zest
• 2 tablespoon(s) chopped jalapeno pepper
• red pepper, cut inch large chunks (large)
• 1 Granny Smith apple, cut inch 8 ths
• + 1 more ingredients
• • 1 package(s) cranberries (12 ounce bag)

Place cranberries, apple, and red pepper in food processor. Pulse until chopped. Transfer to a large glass bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended; cover and refrigerate. Makes 4 cups.
