Cranberry Salsa 6
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup(s) fresh cranberries, 10 ounce bag if frozen
- 4 - 6 t. sugar
- Zest of one orange
- 2 bunch(s) green onions, roughly chopped
- - 1 chopped Serrano or Jalapeno pepper
- 2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 4 - 6 T. chopped fresh cilantro
- + 2 more ingredients

- Juice of 1 lime
- Dash of salt and pepper
Grind the cranberries in a food processor until coarsely shredded. Add the rest of the ingredients, pulse until finely chopped. Taste, add more cilantro, pepper, sugar and garlic if you wish. Chill at least 1 hour. Makes approximately 2 cups.
