Cranberry Salsa Dip


  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1 - 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon(s) orange zest
  • 3 oranges, peel and all white parts cut off, cut into ¼ inch dice
  • 3 Granny Smith apples, cut into ¼ inch dice (I leave peel on)
  • 4 green onions, green part only, cut crosswise inch 1/8 inch dice
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • jalapeno, seeded, de-veined and finely minced

Put cranberries in food processor, process until pieces are no bigger than 1/4". Dice oranges and apples. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refridgerate. Serve with crackers. This is better the next day!
