Cranberry Salsa with Lime

  • 1 jalapeno chile, seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup(s) chopped fresh cilantro (or Italian flat parsley)
  • 3 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
  • ¾ cup(s) sugar
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 2 ribs celery, finely diced (large)

    • 1 package(s) fresh cranberries

In the work bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade, process the cranberries until coarsely and evenly chopped. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients.
