Cranberry Sauce


  • Optional Pecans, orange zest, raisins, currants, blueberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice.
  • 4 cups (1 12-oz package) fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup (250 mL) water
  • 1 cup (200 g) sugar
