  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg plus 1 large yolk, at room temperature
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce, pureed and strained (about 5 Tbsp. after straining)
