Cranberry Waldorf Salad 4

Ingredients

• 1 ripe red pear, chopped, I also used Asian pear
• 1 cup(s) sweetened dried cranberries, tested with Craisins
• ¼ cup(s) sour cream
• 3 Granny Smith apples, chopped
• ½ cup(s) coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
• 1 ½ cup(s) chopped celery
• 1 cup(s) miniature marshmallows
• + 4 more ingredients
• • 1 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon(s) grated lime rind
  • 1 ½ tablespoon(s) lime juice, 2 limes use large ones

Whisk together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add apple and next 4 ingredients to sour cream mixture, toss well. Cover and chill salad at least 2 hours. Stir in marshmallows just before serving. Yield: about 6 servings.
