Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup canned pure pumpkin
  • 17 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
