  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

    • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
    • 3 large quinces
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1 ½ cups sugar

In large saucepan over high heat, combine 4 cups water, sugar, and cinnamon sticks, stirring until sugar dissolves.
