Cream of Onion and Potato Soup


  • 9 cups milk
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 12 onions, chopped
  • 12 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
