Ingredients

  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 4 ½ teaspoons cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon plain unflavored gelatin
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • + 9 more ingredients
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 3 oranges
    • ¾ teaspoon (scant) salt
    • 1 stick unsalted butter
    • Honey
    • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
    • ¾ cup whole almonds
    • 1 orange

Brush melted butter over bottom (not sides) of 9-inch-diameter tart pan with removable bottom. Blend flour, almonds, sugar, and salt in processor until nuts are finely ground.
