Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 ½ cups fresh breadcrumbs made from crustless French bread
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup coarsely grated Monterey Jack cheese
