Ingredients

  • 1 1-lb frozen peas or 1 lb fresh green peas
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons onion
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons celery
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
