  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced, including green tops
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
