Creamy Chipotle Wedge Salad
Ingredients
- ½ cup light ranch dressing (such as Naturally Fresh)
- 1 chipotle chile, canned in adobo sauce
- 1 green onion, cut into 2-inch pieces
- ½ head iceberg lettuce, cored and quartered
1. Place first 3 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve over lettuce wedges.
