Creamy Feta Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 4 c finely diced yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz Greek feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 ¼ c heavy cream
- 1 c whole milk
- ½ t salt
- + 3 more ingredients

- 2 lb (about 3 large) russet potatoes, peeled and covered with water
- Freshly ground black pepper
- ½ c fresh homemade breadcrumbs
Melt better in a large skillet. Add onions; cook until soft but not browned, about 5 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in feta cheese. Preheat oven to 350F. Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish or coat with cooking spray. Combine cream, milk and salt in a sauce...
