Creamy Fettuccine Recipe

Ingredients

  • Additional grated Parmesan cheese and minced fresh basil, optional
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 1 can (12 ounces) fat-free evaporated milk
    • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine

1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain. Add oil; toss to coat. 2. In a large saucepan, combine flour and milk until smooth.
