Creamy Goat Cheese Dressing


  • 8 ounce(s) fresh goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sherry vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup(s) water

In a blender, puree the goat cheese with the water, mayonnaise, vinegar and olive oil. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Serve or refrigerate.
