Creamy Leek and Turnip Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoonsvegetable oil
  • 1 cupleek, sliced
  • 2 tablespoonsonions, chopped
  • 3 cupschicken stock
  • 2 cupsturnips, peeled and diced
  • 1 cuplight cream
