Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. finely chopped fresh mint (optional); plus 4 sprigs for garnish
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1-½ Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • Pinch table salt
  • 1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 4 cups fresh berries (I use a mix of raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries), rinsed and drained well

Combine the softened cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and salt in a medium bowl. Using a hand-held electric mixer, beat on low speed until the cream cheese is smooth and the sugar is incorporated.
