Creamy Mango Brulee


  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese (generous serving)
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt, strained (generous serving)
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 lime, juice of (and grated zest)
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar (soft)
  • 8 tablespoons raw brown sugar
