Creamy Microwave Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
